Donate to help Foster Children who age out of the system
Take Advantage of the Arizona Foster Care Tax Credit. Up to $500 singles / $1000 married
We are no longer accepting donations on this campaign, but there are other ways for you to support us today!
Seedlings & Dinosaur Heart Ministries
Seedlings and Dinosaur Heart Ministries are joining forces and partnering with Hope & A Future to create awareness and bring solutions to children who have been impacted by the foster care system. Through the powerful combination of documentary storytelling and “boots on the ground” services, our prayer is to bring hope to these children and support for their very complex futures.
Seedlings will provide counseling, mentoring, apprenticeship, educational programs, and housing for young adults who have aged out of foster care, often to become homeless. Dinosaur Heart Ministries will create several short awareness videos, as well as a feature-length documentary film to bring awareness and motivate action in the hearts of people.
Donate by April 15th and donations will reduce, dollar-for-dollar, the amount of Arizona taxes you owe in 2019. A single taxpayer can give any amount up to $500 and married couples can give any amount up to $1,000 and receive the tax credit.
Hope & A Future's QFCO Code is 10021.
Your donation does not limit your ability to give under other Arizona tax credits, such as the private and public school tax credits. You can give and benefit under all three tax credits!
Donations by check are made payable to “Hope & A Future” with "Seedlings" written in the memo line can be mailed to:
11602 N 88th Place
Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Your tax credit will help to fund our initial goals for 2020 which include
1) Produce several short videos to bring awareness and advocacy to the issues impacting children who have lived in foster care.
2) Produce a feature-length documentary to bring awareness to the plight of the orphan, and encourage more families to get involved in the foster care system. We hope to be in post-production by the end of 2020.
3) Locate, certify and renovate our first home for foster children who have aged out of the system, often to homelessness. Our hope is to open in the fourth quarter of 2020.
4) Build an alliance for employment training and educational initiatives.
